Warranty Claim

If any purchased product is under warranty and has issues, you can create a warranty claim request to get a replacement or repair. While creating a product, you can set the warranty period for that product.

Here you can see all the product lists that have the warranty claim option with details such as:

Date: The date on which the warranty claim was submitted.

Claim No: The unique identification number assigned to the warranty claim.

Product Name: The name of the product for which the warranty claim is made.

Serial No: The unique serial number of the product.

Invoice No: The invoice number associated with the product purchase.

Sold Date: The date when the product was sold.

Warranty Expired: The expiration date of the product's warranty.

Status: You can see the status of the warranty claim.

Actions: You can perform multiple actions from here.



By clicking the select button, you can perform multiple actions. Such as:

View Details: Allows you to see the complete information of the product for which you are claiming a warranty.

Edit: You can modify the details of the warranty claim if needed.

Receipt: You can view the receipt of the product associated with the warranty claim.



Search: You can use the search functionality to quickly find any specific warranty claim from the list.



Export Data: You can export the data table from here.



Add New: To claim a new warranty, just click on the add new button. After that, just follow the steps below:

Serial Key: Enter the serial key of the product for which you want to claim the warranty.

Sold Date: The date on which the product was sold.

Customer Name: Name of the customer who purchased the product.

Product: name of the product you want to claim the warranty on.

Warranty expired: Date when the product warranty will expire.

Claim product condition: Select the product condition or problem for which you want to claim warranty.

Place For: Select the appropriate action for the warranty claim, such as checking, service with charge, or sending to warranty.

Note: You can write any note here.

Estimate Delivery Date: Set the expected date when the warranty-claimed product will be returned after processing.

Received Date: The date when the warranty-claimed product was received for processing.

Save: Click this button to successfully save the warranty claim request.

Save & New: Click this button to save the current warranty claim request and immediately start a new one.

Save & Close: Click this button to save the current warranty claim request and exit the form.
